A project is not only planned and written schedule. Particular people deal with execution of a project. Murphy's Law always acts unexpectedly. There are periodic and random accidents, for example: Jill, who was responsible for preparing the report, fell sick.

A company needs everyday surveillance of the project implementation to react quickly in case of any changes in project environment. A client of the project gets regularly progress report. Project teams work is clear. There is a rapid response to difficulties reported by project teams.
