Project management mistakes
Fundamental problems, which each company deals with, while realizing the project, among other things are:
- Murphy's Law - if anything can go wrong, it will. Then a project always risks delays.
- Parkinson's Law - Work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion, but do not guarantee accomplishment of the tasks at the appointed time
- Student's Syndrome - many people will start to fully apply themselves to a task just at the last possible moment before a deadline. Due to this, there is a risk to exceed the timetable because of unexpected problems.
- Staff tendency to simultaneous execution of multiple tasks, due to this they toss between different and competitive tasks - as a result, all this tasks will suffer because of dispersed concentration and sometimes total non-availability of stock.
